My journey to becoming a hypnotist began in a very different field. I spent many years working in Information Technology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where I developed a career focused on technology and data. Along the way, I developed a growing interest in psychology and in understanding the factors that influence human behavior and personal change.
As I pursued that interest, I became particularly fascinated by hypnosis and its potential as a practical tool for helping people change unwanted behaviors and patterns. This led me to pursue formal academic training in psychology. I completed both my Master’s and PhD in Psychology, with a specialization in health behaviors, deepening my understanding of the psychological processes involved in motivation, behavior change, and personal development.
Since 2014, I have been practicing hypnosis and life coaching, bringing together my academic background, professional experience, and long-standing interest in human behavior. My approach is focused on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where people can better understand the patterns that may be holding them back and develop meaningful, lasting changes.
I believe that change becomes more achievable when we combine understanding, intention, and practical action. My goal is to help each person identify what they want to change, discover their own capacity for change, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
